Abstract

El trabajo que presentamos a continuación es parte de dos proyectos 38 que indagaron lasconsecuencias de la experiencia de pandemia en diferentes colectivos de trabajadoras/es, susformas de vivenciar el proceso y de afrontarlo. En nuestro caso, nos abocamos al personal dela salud a quienes abordamos mediante un relevamiento en el contexto de la pandemia a 335profesionales médicos/as en actividad durante los meses de junio y julio de 2020 (Collado,2022). Dicha indagación se complementó a posteriori con entrevistas en profundidad (13 entotal), realizadas a profesionales que fueron seleccionados por muestreo intencional (bola denieve, durante 2022 y 2023), todos con inserción laboral en efectores de salud del Gran Mendoza.En ambos momentos, y con diferentes modos de acercamiento, nuestro objetivo fueestablecer cómo afrontaron esa instancia crítica, cuáles fueron las herramientas individualesy colectivas con las que contaron o utilizaron y qué cambió en su práctica laboral luego deese magno acontecimiento, a través del establecimiento de tres escenarios laborales sobrelos que discurrió la reflexión y el análisis (antes, durante, después).
