El presente capítulo pone énfasis en la visión de Rawls en lo que atañe a considerar a Hegel como uno de los representantes más relevantes de lo que el Profesor de Harvard denominó Liberalismo de la Libertad. En tal sentido, el capítulo despliega las argumentaciones de Rawls a partir de las nociones de Estado/Sociedad Civil, Racional y Razonable en Hegel.
