Abstract

La infraestructura y la logística de transporte, así como la distribución de los hidrocarburos, en Argentina han tenido un temprano desarrollo y han estado fuertemente condicionadas por las necesidades, demandas y paradigmas hegemónicos propios de cada periodo histórico. En ese contexto, la tensión entre las políticas nacionalistas y privatistas –estas últimas sustentadas por la presión de las grandes corporaciones hidrocarburíferas y el lobby extractivista– y la necesidad de inversiones para garantizar el abastecimiento interno han sido problemáticas omnipresentes a lo largo de todo el siglo XX y lo que va de la centuria actual…
