Desde el año 2001 el grupo Tercer Sector, perteneciente a la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Sociales de la Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata, investiga a los distintos actores e interrelaciones presentes en las organizaciones no lucrativas. Esta revisión teórica pretende discutir la relevancia del liderazgo en organizaciones no lucrativas, en especial, el liderazgo transformacional para el trabajo de voluntariado. Se proponen nuevos interrogantes para futuras líneas de investigación.
Since 2001 "Third Sector" group from FCEyS-UNMDP has been researching different actors and relationships in non lucrative organizations. This theoretical review proposes leadership relevance discussion in non lucrative organizations, especially transformational leadership relevance for volunteering work. New questions for future research lines are proposed.
