Abstract

Juan Carlos Puig fue el canciller de la Argentina durante la presidencia de Héctor J. Cámpora en 1973. A 50 años del restablecimiento de las relaciones diplomáticas entre Argentina y Cuba, nos proponemos revisar su trayectoria personal y académico-profesional, partiendo del supuesto de que las ideas y trayectorias de ciertos hacedores de la política exterior influyen en la formulación de políticas públicas vinculadas a la inserción internacional del país.
