Abstract

Este artículo es parte del Trabajo final “Diseño, desarrollo y validación deun secador de alimentos indirecto por convección natural mediante energía solar”, de Ingeniería en alimentos, desarrollado en el marco de un proyecto de extensión universitaria de la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes.Para desarrollar el prototipo del secador de alimentos, fue necesario conocer las variables climáticas de Quilmes con el fin de establecer la factibilidad de su instalación.
