El movimiento pendular de las políticas de comunicación en Argentina

Abstract

En las siguientes páginas se expondrá, en primer lugar, la situación del sistema de medios en el momento de la asunción de Néstor Kirchner como presidente, en mayo de 2003. Luego se describirán las principales iniciativas de las tres presidencias que conforman el ciclo kirchnerista, en el marco de las relaciones entre Estado/gobierno y otros actores políticos, económicos y sociales, para luego realizar un breve análisis de los primeros años del macrismo en relación con el sistema de medios, con el fin de retomar el análisis sobre los efectos de la combinación entre políticas de comunicación y cambios estructurales en el sistema mediático.
