Potenciales predictores del rendimiento laboral: Una exploración empírica

Abstract

El presente libro tiene como objetivo desarrollar y verificarempíricamente un modelo explicativo del rendimientolaboral. Los resultados obtenidos indican que tanto variablesorganizacionales (prácticas orientadas a procesos y trabajoflexible) como la posibilidad de balancear los roleslaborales y familiares (conflicto trabajo-familia y enriquecimientotrabajo-familia) se vinculan con el rendimiento laboralpor medio del compromiso afectivo y la satisfacción enel trabajo. Finalmente, se realizan recomendaciones parafuturos estudios y se discuten las implicancias teóricas yprácticas de los hallazgos.
