Abstract

A pesar de la extraordinaria recuperación que tuvo el sector industrial tras la crisis de 2001-2002, aún quedan fuertes resabios de la estructura productiva montada en el último cuarto del siglo XX. La primacía en la exportación de productos primarios, la dependencia tecnológica y el rezago histórico de la industria de bienes de capital son los principales problemas a resolver.
