Degradação de biodiesel por espectroscopia NIR e análise por componentes principais

Abstract

O biodiesel se tornou um combustível de grande relevância econômica e ambiental, porém é mais suscetível à degradação oxidativa que o diesel de petróleo [1,2]. Assim sendo, surge a necessidade de métodos expeditos e de baixo custo e que permitam a análise on-line e in-situ. Neste sentido, a espectroscopia NIR, associada a métodos quimiométricos, permite acompanhar a degradação do biodiesel, atendendo aos princípios da química verde. Assim, este trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar a degradação do biodiesel proveniente de óleos de algodão, de girassol, de soja e de microalgas, por espectroscopia NIR e análise exploratória por PCA.
