La informalidad como forma de trabajo/empleo precario

Abstract

Con frecuencia se asimilan o se confunden los conceptos de sector informal urbano, trabajo precario y trabajo no registrado, considerándolos como equivalentes. En otros casos, al asimilarlos se borran las diferencias y se subsume una categoría en otras, perdiendo de vista la especificidad dentro de la heterogeneidad y la articulación entre las mismas.Trataremos de presentar y comprender teóricamente el origen y evolución del concepto de informalidad y sus similitudes y diferencias con el trabajo precario y el empleo no registrado, para proponer una concepción que los abarque, articule e integre (Neffa y otros, 2010).
