Históricamente, los estudios sindicales han puesto el foco en las relaciones laborales en la industria del sector privado. De hecho, en el mundo anglosajón destaca el término “industrial relations”. La preocupación principal desde esta perspectiva, tanto en un enfoque funcionalista como en uno institucionalista, era el sostenimiento del orden en la producción, en un contexto de consolidación de la sociedad industrial (desde la segunda posguerra hasta los años 1970)…
