Miguel Conrado Roca y el plan regulador para la ciudad de Corrientes, 1950-1951

Abstract

Integrando el libro cuya edición dirigí sobre las propuestas urbanas argentinas en la primera mitad del siglo XX, este capítulo se dedica a uno de los proyectos que abordara Miguel Conrado Roca para la ciudad de Corrientes y complementa otros capítulos del mismo libro referido a las ciudades de Bahía Blanca y Santa Fe planteados por el mismo profesional. El texto parte del estado urbano de la capital correntina en forma previa al proyecto de Roca y luego analiza en detalle –a partir de la consulta del volumen original del proyecto existente en el CEDODAL- las instancias a las que recurre el arquitecto al presentar su plan.
