Abstract

El propósito del presente trabajo es explorar inicialmente las diversas acepciones con las que cuenta el fenómeno del terrorismo para proceder a posteriori a efectuar una serie de consideraciones en torno a la capacidad con la que cuenta la mayor institución internacional existente, la Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU), para paliar total o al menos parcialmente los efectos de su accionar destructivo.
