Camareras y azafatas de los ferrocarriles: Políticas turísticas, emociones e intimidad como riesgo moral (Argentina, años sesenta y setenta)

Abstract

En el presente capítulo se analiza el trabajo emocional de las camareras y azafatas en el marco de la implementación de políticas turísticas en el transporte ferroviario. Asimismo, se examinan los riesgos morales que implicó la noción de intimidad para estas trabajadoras, en un espacio laboral asociado a la masculinidad. El estudio se nutre de diversas fuentes. Por un lado, se indagan documentos empresariales (el análisis se centra en la revista Ferrocarriles Argentinos, publicación oficial que tuvo lugar entre 1971 y 1973) y actas del sindicato Unión Ferroviaria (UF). Por otro, se analiza el contenido de entrevistas en profundidad realizadas a ex trabajadoras.
