Infraestructuras de movilidad

Abstract

Las infraestructuras de movilidad refieren a espacios fijos y concretos a través de los cuales circulan objetos, personas, información, agua, recursos, etc. De modo más inmediato, puede identificarse con puentes, cañerías, aeropuertos, rieles, carreteras, túneles, cables, etc. Artefactos que pertenecen a sistemas y servicios de transporte, comunicación, energía, sanitarios, etc. Pero también hace referencia a los saberes, las normas, el trabajo humano tal como construcción, operación y mantenimiento, las formas de organización que producen esas materialidades, etc. Esta entrada recorre los aportes teóricos de la antropología, la sociología, la geografía, los estudios de ciencia y tecnología, y la historia para abordar críticamente las infraestructuras en los estudios de movilidad, pero también para usar el término como un concepto que alumbre otros fenómenos que a primera vista no serían reconocidos como infraestructuras.
