Acceso a la justicia

Abstract

El acceso a la justicia es un concepto que en las democracias modernas ha tomado un rol central. Este ha tenido enormes desarrollos normativos y jurisprudenciales, pero además es motivo de interés desde las ciencias sociales por las tensiones que en algunos colectivos vulnerabilizados se generanen el acceso a este derecho. Las personas migrantes son, por supuesto, objeto de especial protección en las normas sobre acceso a la justicia. En este escrito nos interesa exponer algunas discusiones que se han venido dando desde Latinoamérica y en Argentina sobre esta noción.
