La construcción de indicadores jurídicos ambientales para observar el cumplimiento de las políticas ambientales

Abstract

El presente artículo se propone indagar enlos diferentes tipos de indicadores ambientalesexistentes, a efectos de comprender la necesidadde construir indicadores propiamente jurídicoscomo una herramienta innovadora en lagestión ambiental.La construcción de indicadores jurídicoscomo forma de observar el cumplimiento de laspolíticas públicas ambientales y su uso comoinstrumento de gestión requieren de una seriede aproximaciones teóricas y metodológicasapropiadas para el abordaje de una temática deactualidad y envergadura, debido a la importanciade esta herramienta para complementar losindicadores científicos ambientales y de sostenibilidaden función de la evaluación de los objetivosde desarrollo sostenible en el marco de laAgenda 2030.
