La Mesa de Enlace fue un agrupamiento conformado en marzo de 2008 por entidades representativas de las diferentes fracciones de la burguesía agraria frente al aumento de la captación de renta agraria por parte del gobierno nacional. Sin una rígida estructuración, se caracterizó por su carácter más de tipo defensivo –repudio a un factor externo–, que ofensivo –la construcción de un programa propio y la búsqueda de hegemonía en la sociedad–.
