A clinical case with reproductive difficulties, pregnancy with prenatal diagnosis and birth during mandatory preventive social isolation due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Argentina is described. It is essential to make visible and raise awareness about the importance of attending to perinatal mental health and reflect on the practices of the health team. Se describe un caso clínico con dificultades reproductivas, embarazo con diagnóstico prenatal y nacimiento durante el aislamiento social preventivo obligatorio por la pandemia COVID-19 en Argentina. Resulta fundamental visibilizar y concientizar sobre la importancia de atender la salud mental perinatal y reflexionar sobre las prácticas del equipo de salud.
