Abstract

Sin lugar a duda, las conductas motivadas por el odio nos provocan un intenso y especial rechazo. Un ejemplo de esto es el ataque a Daniel Zamudio el 2 de marzo de 2012; donde en un parque de Santiago de Chile, lo quemaron, le grabaron esvásticas con los golletes de botellas, le quebraron una pierna mientras se reían, lo insultaban, etcétera. Este ataque. generó tanta conmoción y rechazo en la comunidad chilena que se aprobó meses después la conocida “Ley Zamudio” cuyo proyecto de ley antidiscriminación hacía más de 7 años que estaba ingresado sin tratar...
