Este libro trata sobre la dimensión moral del derecho. Una dimensión tomada tanto en el sentido de la moralidad política que subyace al derecho cuanto de la moralidad personal de los jueces que operan con él. Esta dimensión atraviesa diversos campos de lo jurídico: por ejemplo, en una dogmática jurídica consecuente con sus pilares morales y políticos.
