Los engaños delictivos y la indagación de la verdad en las películas policiales de Don Napy: la pesquisa como trabajo colectivo en el cine policial del peronismo

Abstract

El police procedural se caracteriza por colocar en el centro de la trama el accionar de la policía, que pacientemente investiga uno o varios crímenes hasta atrapar a los culpables. Estos films son, por tanto, un panegírico del trabajo policial, del sacrificio del funcionario público por el bien social. Pero a la vez tienen por tema principal la búsqueda de la verdad. En el cine argentino, el director Don Napy es considerado el realizador de las mejores películas de este género. Nos proponemos mostrar que la investigación de la realidad es concebida allí como desmantelamiento de los engaños del crimen, de la puesta en escena de las ficciones delictivas. La indagación es así una empresa colectiva que persigue la verdad y curar el cuerpo social. La policía actúa como médico de la sociedad, que debe eliminar o corregir las anomalías de la individualidad excesiva y perversa, así como combatir a los otros organismos complejos que atentan contra la salud social –organizaciones criminales–. Así, estas películas policiales coadyuvan a la construcción simbólica del Estado peronista.
