“Deber o no deber. Esa es la cuestión”: Notas y preguntas a partir de un blog de asesoramiento legal

Abstract

A partir del análisis microsociológico de un “blog de asesoramiento legal” como una suerte de archivo de lectura etnográfica, este artículo explora las problemáticas sociales y los entramados institucionales en los que se ven envueltos los sujetos, conforme se constituye una cierta categoría de deuda: la “deuda morosa”. El análisis muestra fragmentos de historias de deuda en los que es posible identificar la permanente “imbricación de esferas” en las transacciones económicas: el entrecruzamiento entre sujetos, agencias estatales y empresas privadas; saberes expertos y profanos; marcos jurídicos e interpretaciones; relaciones personales y transacciones mercantiles. Es posible también reconstruir las lógicas y circuitos institucionales en los que incurren no sólo las deudas morosas, sino los mismos “sujetos de crédito”, devenidos en “deudores morosos”.
