El cambio en los valores relativos de los precios en la cadena de valor del vino Argentino

Abstract

El presente trabajo busca brindar una explicación a los distintos precios alcanzados por el vino en la industria Argentina a lo largo de la historia reciente. Se pone en discusión los aportes de la teoría clásica económica que encuentra respuesta a partir de la oferta y la demanda. La posición teórica adoptada dice que los mercados son construcciones sociales, por tanto la explicación se encuentra en las formas que adoptan las instituciones que regulan las cadenas son resultado de los distintos poderes que poseen los agentes económicos en juego.

Este artigo objetiva propiciar uma explicação acerca dos diferentes preços alcançados pela indústria do vinho na Argentina ao longo da história recente. Para tanto, levanta questões sobre as contribuições da teoria clássica no tocante a resposta econômica da oferta e da procura. A posição teórica adotada aponta que os mercados são construções sociais, logo a explicação está nas formas assumidas pelas instituições que regulam as cadeias. Portanto, os preços são o resultado dos diferentes poderes que possuem os agentes económicos envolvidos.
