Abstract

Desde hace varias décadas y gracias al impulso de la OIT se comenzó a relacionar directamente el contenido y la organización del proceso de trabajo con la salud de los trabajadores. Eso puso en evidencia que quienes trabajan ?cualquiera sea su estatus dentro de la empresa u organización- involucran su cuerpo porque deben insertarse en un puesto de trabajo, y deben adoptar posturas y realizar gestos productivos que generan fatiga. Por otra parte, para realizar la tarea deben involucrarse poniendo en acto las dimensiones mentales y psíquicas (aspectos afectivos y relacionales) porque ante la demanda de la empresa o la organización deben hacer un esfuerzo de creatividad para compensar los problemas presentes en la descripción de las tareas prescriptas pues suceden incidentes, surgen problemas de funcionamiento de los medios de trabajo, se producen interrupciones involuntarias que lo obligan a hacer un esfuerzo para desarrollar la actividad y lograr los objetivos. Los estudios de los ergónomos, de los sociólogos y economistas del trabajo, así como los que desarrollan la psicodinámica del trabajo han puesto de relieve los riesgos psicosociales en el trabajo. Esta nueva perspectiva constituye un desafío para los profesionales de psicología de la orientación, pues en el pasado esos temas eran ignorados.

Depois várias décadas e graças ao impulso da OIT começou a relacionar-se direitamente o conteúdo e a organizaçao do processo de trabalho com a saúde dos trabalhadores. Esso evidenciou que os que trabalham - qualquer que seja seu status na empresa ou organizaçao - engajam seu corpo porque devem se inserir num posto de trabalho e devem adotar posturas e fazer gestos produtivos que geram cansaço. Além disso,/Por outra parte, para fazer a tarefa devem se inserir impulsando as dimensoes mentais e psíquicas (aspetos afetivos e relacionais) porque ante a demanda da empresa ou da organizaçao devem fazer um esforço de criatividade para compensar os problemas presentes na descriçao das tarefas prescritas pois acontecem incidentes, surgem problemas de funcionamento dos médios de trabalho, se produzem interrupçoes involuntárias que o obligam a fazer um esforço para desenvolver a atividade e obter os objetivos. Os estudos dos especialistas da ergonomia, dos sociólogos e economistas do trabalho, assim como aqueles que desenvolvem a psicodinâmica do trabalho destacaram os riscos psicossociais no trabalho. Esta nova perspectiva constitui um desafio para os profissionais de psicologia da orientaçao, pois no passado esses temas foram ignorados.
