El fuego como ventana de los conflictos territoriales: Caso Cholila, Chubut

Abstract

Los medios de comunicación son un agente de poder fundamental en los conflictos territoriales. Generan opinión, funcionan como visibilizadores de temáticas y como partícipes con sus propios intereses. En el presente artículo, se desarrolla una primera aproximación al conflicto territorial por la apropiación de la tierra, en la localidad de Cholila, Chubut, específicamente en donde se produjo el incendio más grande de su historia. El evento natural consumió aproximadamente 29.000 hectáreas de bosque nativo, y visibilizó las distintas territorialidades. Se presenta entonces, como se desarrolla el escenario a partir de los medios de comunicación on line que hablaron del tema.
