Tamberos de Nogoyá: ¿arraigo en el oficio, arraigo en el campo o arraigo en el territorio?

Abstract

En este capítulo nos interesamos por el arraigo de los productores tamberos y lo vinculamos con las características de sus unidades y las del espacio en que se desenvuelven. En función de ello, en las siguientes secciones presentamos una breve caracterización de la actividad de tambo en Argentina. Luego nos centramos en la cuestión del arraigo, desagregada en tres dimensiones que están íntimamente relacionadas: al oficio, a la condición de productor y al espacio local, y construimos una tipología de las situaciones encontradas.
