Los Tratados Bilaterales de Inversión en las Relaciones Económicas Internacionales

Abstract

En la actualidad existen casi 3. 000 tratados bilaterales de inversión. En ese sentido, el objetivo de este artí culo es responder los siguientes interrogantes: a) ¿Cuáles son las causas de la proliferación de los TBI? b) ¿Cuál es su estructura básica? c) ¿Existe una nueva tendencia en la estructura de los TBI? .

Currently, there are nearly 3. 000 bilateral investment treaties. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to answer the following questions: a) what are the causes behind the proliferation of BITs? b) What is its basic structure? c) Is there a new trend in the structure of the BITs?.
