A 20 años de la privatización de YPF: balance y perspectivas

Abstract

En septiembre de 2012 se cumplirá el vigésimo aniversario de la sanción de la ley 24.145 de “Federalización de los hidrocarburos y privatización de YPF”, un punto de inflexión en la extensa historia energética nacional. Casi dos décadas más tarde, cuando se está discutiendo un nuevo proyecto de país, es oportuno repasar brevemente los 70 años de trayectoria de la YPF estatal, realizar un balance de su privatización y discutir las perspectivas del sector petrolero y gasífero en la Argentina.
