Abstract

Ante la desaceleración de la actividad económica a nivel global, los gobiernos de los países industrializados y en desarrollo recurrieron a medidas anticíclicas en una suerte de “proteccionismo de rescate”. Ello ha dado origen a nuevas tendencias y patrones proteccionistas.
