Abstract

Los cambios tecnológicos producen una nueva forma de producir ciertos contenidos de la información en torno de la inseguridad. Redes sociales y cámaras de video vigilancia modificaron modos de contar las noticias policiales. Para ubicar este análisis el artículo trabaja en torno del caso de una adolescente asesinada en 2013 en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (Argentina). A través de un corpus de noticias de medios gráficos, audiovisuales, publicaciones en redes sociales y testimonios de algunos protagonistas del armado de la noticia, se reflexiona sobre el modo actual de narrar la in-seguridad y de conformar los perfiles de víctimas y victimarios.

Technological changes include a new way to produce informationabout insecurity. Social networks and video surveillance cameras have changed the way the police news are narrated. This article works aroundthe case of a teenager killed in 2013 in the City of Buenos Aires (Argen-tina). Through a corpus of newspapers, television, social media publica-tions and testimonials from the protagonists of the news, the paper re-flects on the current way of narrating insecurity and the media profiles ofvictims and victimizers.
