Abstract

In the context of discussions on union revitalization, this paper analyzes the strategies of two unions in the automotive sector in Argentina and Brazil. From a qualitative study, we focus on the forms assumed by collective bargaining in the workplace to discuss with those perspectives which resorted to the term revitalization in order to characterize the union dynamics in recent years.
