Abstract

The research focusses on political interaction between actors which play at different levels. The FPVSJ is conceived here as a multilevel political coalition. This article analyzes two faces of the emergency process of FPVSJ: a) the San Juan political scenario and b) the national and subnational political levels convergence. The main research finding is that FPVSJ rises because the converging action of two different groups: on one side, the political cast of FPV Santa Cruz, on the other, José Luis Gioja's Peronist crew.
