Abstract

Han pasado poco más de 10 años del turbulento fin del proyecto neoliberal en Argentina (Féliz, 2011) y de la constitución de un nuevo proyecto de desarrollo hegemónico de capitalismo posible en la periferia (Féliz y López, 2012). La trayectoria histórica evidencia que la estrategia neodesarrollista bloquea las posibilidades de encarar un proyecto de acumulación de capital consistente e inclusivo aun en términos capitalistas, sin romper con la herencia neoliberal, que proyecta sus trazos al conjunto del proceso de metabolismo social y cuyas barreras se constituyen en límites cada vez más insostenibles (Féliz, 2013). Se pone nuevamente sobre el tapete el proyecto inconcluso de transformación social radical que las luchas contra el neoliberalismo había proyectado pero que la reconfiguración hegemónica de la última década consiguió reconducir productivamente para el capital. El transformismo del neodesarrollismo, como revolución pasiva (Sanmartino, 2008), enfrenta hoy grandes desafíos. Algunos de ellos tienen que ver con la necesidad de enfrentar sus contradicciones, límites y vulnerabilidades más urgentes en el marco del propio proceso de desarrollo capitalista. Otros remiten a la imposibilidad de avanzar en un proyecto de sociedad incluyente, genuinamente democrático, políticamente participativo y socialmente emancipador, sin superar los límites del capitalismo periférico dependiente. Los sectores dominantes han iniciado el proceso para superar dialécticamente los límites al desarrollo capitalista apuntalando una transición de resultado abierto (Féliz, 2013b). Los sectores populares, por su parte, parecen estar iniciando un proceso de recuperación de cierta iniciativa que les permita eventualmente reclamar para sí la conducción del proceso de producción y reproducción social.
