Abstract

En el marco del trabajo de sistematización y recolección de la jurisprudencia dictada por la CSJN a durante el año 2020, a cargo del grupo de trabajo GIDES, se seleccionaron 10 casos que por su especial relevancia fueron analizados en profundidad. Entre ellos, el caso denominado "Puig" en virtud del cual se resuelve sobre un despido discrminatorio por matrimonio. Para el análisis se realizó un reconstrucción de los hechos y trámites previos, así como los principales antecedentes citados, delimitación de la cuestión a tratar y la respuesta del tribunal. A partir de allí se trabaja sobre la justificación de su relevancia y un análisis crítico sobre los argumentos vertidos.
