Parásitos en el intermareal: Una potencial zoonosis

Abstract

El ambiente intermareal alberga un gran número de especies parásitas. En el artículo se presenta el ciclo de vida de una especie de trematode que involucra tres hospedadores para completarse. El estudio de este ciclo, conocer a los hospedadores donde se desarrollan los diferentes estadios larvales y el ambiente en el que viven nos previenen sobre potenciales enfermedades zoonóticas.
