Animales, humanos o no: Hacia un posthumanismo deconstructivo

Abstract

The present article aims to approach the issue of the Posthuman from the Derridean emphasis in the importance of the otherness. By analyzing the animal question it is possible to consider an ensemble series of taxonomic distinctions that have been the basis of the West cultural differentiation and its delimitation of the terrain of the human, its specificity. That is why only in light of the de-centering of the human and of a non-humanistic thought that is, not idealizing the non-human and the in-human; it is possible to think of more hospitable ways of being-withothers.
