Abstract

La problemática de la Seguridad Humana, implica observar que los procesos mundiales recientes promovieron una serie de cambios, complejos, mixtos y contradictorios. La universalización de la interconexión y de la economía no concluyó en una distribución más equilibrada de cargas y beneficios entre los distintos territorios, ni en la formación de un espacio social homogéneo a escala planetaria capaz de desdibujar los perfiles de las distintas sociedades
