Indicadores de sustentabilidad para la vivienda social

Abstract

El presente capítulo expone una metodología de evaluación de la sustentabilidad en conjuntos de vivienda social, a nivel de proyecto arquitectónico, mediante indicadores. Para ello, se definieron diferentes indicadores posibles de emplear a casos de vivienda social unifamiliar agrupada radicadas en la ciudad de Mar del Plata, que se organizan en tres ejes de análisis: Implantación yEmplazamiento, Proyecto y Participación, Desempeño de la envolvente y Tecnología. Se espera que los aportes realizados permitan ofrecer una herramienta útil para la toma de decisiones y la definición de criterios sustentables en futuros proyectos.Esta investigación se relaciona con el ODS 11, que tiene como metas, entre otras cuestiones, asegurar el acceso de todas las personas a viviendas y servicios básicos adecuados, seguros y asequibles y mejorar los barrios marginales, así como aumentar la urbanización inclusiva y sostenible.El proceso y desarrollo del presente estudio se ha presentado en las siguientes publicaciones: Tomadoni y Díaz Varela (2017), Díaz Varela y Tomadoni (2018) y Tomadoni y Díaz Varela (2019).
