Abstract

El libro analiza una serie de películas de directoras y directores del Nuevo Cine Argentino, descifrando entre sus estéticas y condiciones narrativas, las transformaciones de las sociedades entre los años noventa y principios de los 2000. Es una indagación sociológica, que sin prescindir de la cuestiones estéticas propias del cine, se ocupa de interrogar los cambios afectivos, relacionales y culturales que ordenan desde otras singularidades la experiencia social. El texto discute algunas tesis sobre el Nuevo Cine Argentino para problematizar los ángulos de su lectura. Una estética desde la sociología, que asume al deseo como el despliegue propio de los vínculos contemporáneos, ofrecidos entre imágenes.
