Biología, un recorrido por los seres vivos

Abstract

La biología es la Ciencia que se ocupa de estudiar las características y los cambios de los sistemas vivos independientemente de su nivel de complejidad, desde las estructuras sub-celulares hasta los ecosistemas, pasando por los organismos. Por ser tan amplio el objeto de estudio, esta disciplina se ha dividido en ramas como la biología celular, la fisiología, la ecología y la biología evolutiva. Esta separación, que resultó enriquecedora a la hora de producir conocimientos científicos, también se reflejó en la didáctica de la disciplina.
