Precariedad laboral multidimensional: Algunos métodos multivariados de abordaje

Abstract

La precariedad entendida como fenómeno multidimensional asume la existencia de una porción importante de elementos que tienen influencia sobre las relaciones de trabajo. Dependiendo de las características particulares que asuman las variables en cada situación, se plantea la dificultad en tanto caracterización y medición de este fenómeno de manera holística. Es objetivo de este trabajo presentar algunos recursos metodológicos que permitan incluir la mayor cantidad de variables relacionadas al fenómeno de la precariedad y que puedan aplicarse al análisis de contextos particulares de manera integral, intentando perder la menor cantidad de información posible.En este caso, se desarrollan a modo de ejemplo, sobre la base de microdatos de la Encuesta Permanente de Hogares (Argentina), tres métodos de análisis multivariado: Análisis de Componentes Principales (ACP); Análisis de Correspondencias Múltiples (ACM) y Análisis de Conglomerados, también conocido como CLUSTER señalando algunos usos que pueden ser de utilidad al momento de abordar el mencionado fenómeno.
