El acceso peatonal y ciclista a la Ciudad Universitaria de la Universidad de Buenos Aires

Abstract

El fin de este artículo es examinar la accesibilidad peatonal y ciclista a la Ciudad Universitaria de la Universidad de Buenos Aires (CU), a partir de una revisión de los trabajos premiados en el Concurso de Ideas y Taller para estudiantes de arquitectura: "Un pasaje una ciudad. Propuestas para superar límites a la movilidad saludable entre la costa, la Ciudad Universitaria y la ciudad a la altura de la estación Scalabrini Ortiz", organizado por el Institut pour la ville en mouvement (IVM) y la Sociedad Central de Arquitectos (SCA) en 2014. El principal objetivo de este Concurso-Taller fue promover una reflexión sobre la idea de pasaje como espacio de transición en el vínculo ciudad-CU, y particularmente aportar propuestas para mejorar la accesibilidad de peatones y ciclistas a la CU y los parques ribereños adyacentes.
