Circuito superior, supermercados y ciudades: la lógica territorial de las cadenas de comercialización y distribución en la RMBA

Abstract

En este trabajo se busca una posible comprensión de las relaciones, transformaciones e interacciones existentes entre las topologías y organización de las principales cadenas comerciales y el uso del territorio. Proponemos estudiar el circuito superior, en particular de las empresas comerciales en cadena, que por su elevado grado de tecnología, organización y concentración del capital, usan de manera diferenciada y jerárquica el territorio. Se presentan así, algunos cambios entre los años 2007 y 2014, respecto a la lógica territorial y las políticas empresariales de la principal cadena de supermercados presente en nuestro país y particularmente su manifestación en la Región Metropolitana de Buenos Aires.
