Abstract

Tras el azaroso triunfo de la llamada “Revolución Libertadora”, sus integrantes se dedicaron a la intensa tarea de desmantelar el intrincado andamiaje institucional creado por el peronismo depuesto. Un área emblemática fue la planificación. El Segundo Plan Quinquenal y la organización ministerial sancionada en 1954 (Ley Nº 13.404, conocida popularmente como ROM, por el Reglamento de la Ley Orgánica de los Ministerios) quedaron derogados, el Instituto Argentino para la Promoción del Intercambio (IAPI) se disolvió y las secretarías de Asuntos Técnicos y Asuntos Económicos fueron liquidadas…
