Abstract

Si el gobierno de facto de 1955 y buena parte de los autores y autoras más leídos y leídas del derecho constitucional maldicen la Constitución de 1949 para conjurar el peligro que ella encarna, los trabajos que componen este libro pretenden conjurar esa maldición. No en vistas de transformarla en una bendición, sino de remover los obstáculos que nos impiden revisar críticamente qué parte de aquello que se considera peligroso es, o puede ser, esperanzador para nuestros pueblos.
