Ramificación de copolímeros etileno-propileno

Abstract

La familia de los polipropilenos es uno de los commodity de mayor consumo mundial, y dentro de ella tienen una importante participación los copolímeros de etilenopolipropileno (CEP). Ellos son principalmente usados en el área de embalaje, fibras y tuberías. Una manera de ampliar el rango de aplicaciones de estos materiales es por modificación de su estructura molecular (Cao et al., 2016; Guapacha et al., 2018). Los resultados que aquí se presentan corresponden a la modificación de un CEP comercial de estructura lineal introduciendo ramificaciones largas ramificada por mezclado reactivo.
