Evaluación de deslumbramiento en edificios con iluminación natural en climas soleados: El caso de una biblioteca con techo vidriado

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda la problemática del deslumbramiento en climas soleados cuando se utiliza iluminación natural a través de vidriado cenital. Para su análisis se utilizaron distintos métodos: medición de iluminancias y luminancias, mapeos de luminancias con imágenes HDR y evaluaciones subjetivas con la escala GSV. Los resultados mostraron alto grado de contraste, bajo rendimiento en niveles de iluminación natural con valores medios inferiores al rango de 300 a 750 lux y una desviación estándar de 692 lux. Se demostró la tolerancia al deslumbramiento, en relación con los valores objetivos verificados de deslumbramiento. Los valores fotométricos medidos demostraron que la estrategia de vidriado cenital resulta inadecuada para iluminar con luz natural en climas soleados.
