Abstract

En virtud de la implementación de medidas estrictas por parte de los Estados y las exigencias de la Organización Marítima Internacional para prevenir la introducción de especies exóticas, la aplicación de nuevas tecnologías y el análisis de riesgo son instrumentos fundamentales para dar cumplimiento a los nuevos estándares.
